【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinclause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofconveyorbeltvehicleswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Italsotakesintoaccountsomerequirementsrecognisedasessentialbyauthorities,aircraftandgroundsupportequipment(GSE)manufacturersaswellasairlinesandhandlingagencies.Thisstandardappliesto:-self-propelledconveyorbeltvehicleswithorwithoutdriver'saccommodation;-self-propelledconveyorbeltvehiclesequippedwithavanbody;-towedconveyorbeltvehicles,Intendedtobeusedformanualloading/unloadingofaircraft.ExamplesoftypicaldesignsofconveyorbeltvehiclesaregiveninannexA.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytopneumaticsystemsandtocablelessremotecontrols.Thisstandarddoesnotestablishrequirementsforhazardscausedbynoiseandvibration.ThisPartofEN12312isnotapplicabletoconveyorbeltvehicleswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisstandardbyCEN.ThispartofEN12312isintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithEN1915-1,EN1915-2,EN1915-3(forvehicles)andEN1915-4.
