【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportdefinesinternalmetricsforquantitativelymeasuringexternalsoftwarequalityintermsofcharacteristicsandsubcharacteristicsdefinedinISO/IEC9126-1,andisintendedtobeusedtogetherwithISO/IEC9126-1.ThisTechnicalReportcontains:I.anexplanationofhowtoapplysoftwarequalitymetricsII.abasicsetofmetricsforeachsubcharacteristicIII.anexampleofhowtoapplymetricsduringthesoftwareproductlifecycleThisTechnicalReportdoesnotassignrangesofvaluesofthesemetricstoratedlevelsortogradesofcompliance,becausethesevaluesaredefinedforeachsoftwareproductorapartofthesoftwareproduct,byitsnature,dependingonsuchfactorsascategoryofthesoftware,integritylevelandusers'needs.Someattributesmayhaveadesirablerangeofvalues,whichdoesnotdependonspecificuserneedsbutdependsongenericfactors;forexample,humancognitivefactors.ThisTechnicalReportcanbeappliedtoanykindofsoftwareforanyapplication.UsersofthisTechnicalReportcanselectormodifyandapplymetricsandmeasuresfromthisTechnicalReportormaydefineapplication-specificmetricsfortheirindividualapplicationdomain.Forexample,thespecificmeasurementofqualitycharacteristicssuchassafetyorsecuritymaybefoundinInternationalStandardsorTechnicalReportsprovidedbyIEC65andISO/IECJTC1/SC27.IntendedusersofthisTechnicalReportinclude:—Acquirer(anindividualororganizationthatacquiresorprocuresasystem,softwareproductorsoftwareservicefromasupplier);—Evaluator(anindividualororganizationthatperformsanevaluation.Anevaluatormay,forexample,beatestinglaboratory,thequalitydepartmentofasoftwaredevelopmentorganization,agovernmentorganizationorauser);—Developer(anindividualororganizationthatperformsdevelopmentactivities,includingrequirementsanalysis,design,andtestingthroughacceptanceduringthesoftwarelifecycleprocess);—Maintainer(anindividualororganizationthatperformsmaintenanceactivities);—Supplier(anindividualororganizationthatentersintoacontractwiththeacquirerforthesupplyofasystem,softwareproductorsoftwareserviceunderthetermsofthecontract)whenvalidatingsoftwarequalityatqualificationtest;—User(anindividualororganizationthatusesthesoftwareproducttoperformaspecificfunction)whenevaluatingqualityofsoftwareproductatacceptancetest;—Qualitymanager(anindividualororganizationthatperformsasystematicexaminationofthesoftwareproductorsoftwareservices)whenevaluatingsoftwarequalityaspartofqualityassuranceandqualitycontrol.
