Scope:This specification covers a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic in the form of extruded tubing, cord, tape, and shapes. These products have been used typically as sleeving on wire or as bus bar insulation, particularly where transparency of the sleeve is desired, for operating temperatures up to 120 degrees C (248 degrees F), but usage is not limited to such applications.
