【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthereferencemethodforthedeterminationofthefatcontentofmilkbasedinfantfoods.Themethodisapplicabletoliquid,concentratedanddriedmilk-basedinfantfoodswithno,ornotmorethanamassfractionof5%(drymatter)ofsuchaddedmatterasstarch,dextrin,vegetables,fruit,andmeat.NOTE1Malto-dextrinswithouthighermolecularmassdextrins,whichareoftenpresentininfantfoods,donotdisturbtheR?se-Gottliebextractionevenwhenpresentinhighconcentrations.Themethodisnotapplicabletoproductswhichdonotdissolvecompletelyinammoniaowingtothepresenceofstarchordextrinatmassfractionsofmorethanafewpercent,ortothepresenceofhardlumps.Themethodisalsonotapplicabletoproductswhichcontainfreefattyacidsinsignificantquantities.Theresultsobtainedfortheseproductsaretoolow.NOTE2Forsuchproducts,amethodutilizingtheWeibull-Berntropprincipleissuitable(seeISO8262-1/IDF124-1).
